Sanadeeg Return and Exchange Policy
At Sanadeeg, your satisfaction is important to us. We follow the UAE Consumer Protection Law to ensure a fair and smooth return and exchange process.
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:
• In original condition — unused, unopened, and undamaged
• In the original packaging with all labels and seals intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or delivered in error, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Perishable items (e.g., food, beverages)
• Opened or used products
• Customized or special-order items
• Items purchased during a promotion or sale (unless defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.
